Summary

Mortgage Calculator is a calculator, not a lender. You do not need an account, on the website or in the app. The numbers you type stay on your device: the website keeps them in your browser and the app keeps them on your phone. Neither sends your figures to us. We use Google Analytics (and, in the app, Firebase Crashlytics) to count visits, screens and crashes, never the amounts or rates you enter. The free app shows ads from Unity Ads; Pro removes them.

This website (mortgage-calc-online.web.app)

Every calculation runs in your browser. We do not have a server that receives what you type.

Stored in your browser. So your last inputs are still there next time, the page saves them in this browser’s local storage under mg.inputs. It also remembers your language (mg.lang) and, on Android, when you closed the app banner (mg.bannerDismissedAt). This data never leaves your browser. The Reset button clears your inputs; clearing this site’s data in your browser removes everything.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (property G-BL34DRL3BD) to see how many people visit and which parts they use. It records page views and these events:

Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address and browser details, as with any Google Analytics site. Google signals and ad personalisation are turned off. Analytics does not load at all if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. You can also block it with Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. How Google uses this data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Other services. The site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page). The font is loaded from Google Fonts and the Google Play badge image from play.google.com, so those services see a normal web request. Google Play links carry a referrer that says only which page and which link you used.

The Android app (vn.fighttech.mortgagecalc)

Your figures stay on your phone. Loans you save, payments you mark as paid and your settings are kept on the phone. They are kept in the app’s private storage, which Android removes when you uninstall the app. There is no account and nothing is uploaded to us. A backup is a file that you choose to save and where; PDF and CSV exports leave your phone only when you share them yourself.

Analytics and crash reports. The app uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to count which screens and features are used and to receive crash reports. Figures you type are never included; where a value matters we log a coarse range only. Firebase also receives an app instance ID, the app version, the device model and the Android version, and, while reporting is on, Firebase Analytics may receive the advertising ID. Google processes this data for us. You can switch analytics and crash reporting off in the app’s Settings. To ask us to delete analytics data linked to your app instance, email us.

Purchases. Pro (lifetime, monthly or every 3 months) is sold through Google Play Billing. Google handles payment; we never see your card or account details. The app keeps only whether Pro is active.

Ads. The free app shows ads from Unity Ads: a banner at the bottom of the main screen and the tool screens, and now and then a full-screen ad when you open a tool. Full-screen ads never appear the first time you use the app or in the first minute after opening it, at most once every 3 to 5 minutes, and not within 3 minutes of a reward video. Pro features can also be tried with credits: you start with 5 free credits, and when offered you can watch a short reward video to earn one more; reward videos play only when you tap to watch one. Pro users see no ads.

Unity Ads starts when the app opens for users without Pro. Ad networks may use your device’s advertising ID and collect device and usage data (such as IP address, device model and how you interact with ads) to serve, cap and measure ads; see Unity’s privacy policy. You can reset or delete the advertising ID in Android settings.

Ad settings. When the app starts (no more than once every 5 minutes), it asks our server at fighttech.vn whether ads, banners are switched on for this app, so we can turn ads off without an update. The request carries only the app’s package name and version; like any web request, the server also sees your IP address. If the check fails, the app keeps its built-in settings.

Contact form. Settings → Contact us sends your message to our server at fighttech.vn. With it we receive the topic you pick, the email address if you choose to give one, the app’s name and version, device details (maker, model, Android version, language, time zone, screen size and memory) and your IP address, which we keep to block abuse. We use these only to reply and to fix problems; to have a message deleted, email us. Please don’t put loan amounts, account numbers or other financial details in a message.
