Terms of Use
These terms cover the Mortgage Calculator website at mortgage-calc-online.web.app and the Mortgage Calculator Android app (package vn.fighttech.mortgagecalc), both published by FightTech. By using either you agree to them.
What the website and the app do
They estimate a monthly mortgage payment with principal, interest, property tax, home insurance, HOA and PMI, plus the loan amount, loan-to-value, total interest, payoff date and cash needed at closing. On the website every calculation runs in your browser; it is free and needs no account. The app works without an account and without a signal.
Estimates, not financial advice
Results are estimates for comparison only. They are not financial, legal or tax advice, and not a loan offer. FightTech is not a lender, bank or broker. Real figures can differ because of fees, insurance, taxes, rounding, day-count conventions, rate changes and your lender’s own rules. Always confirm figures with your lender before making a decision.
Pro, credits and purchases
The app is free to download. Pro is available as a one-time lifetime purchase or as a monthly or 3-month subscription through Google Play. Prices are shown in Google Play before you buy. Subscriptions renew until you cancel them in Google Play; refunds follow Google Play’s policies. Free credits and credits earned from optional videos unlock a Pro tool for a limited time, have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
What you may not do
- Use the website or the app to break the law, or try to access or interfere with systems, networks or content you are not authorised to use.
- Overload, scrape at scale or otherwise disrupt the website or its hosting.
- Present the website, the app, their results or their design as your own product or as advice from FightTech.
Your data
The values you type stay on your device. How the website and the app handle data, including analytics, is described in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The website and the app are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or that their results are accurate for your situation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FightTech is not liable for any decision you make based on these results, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and these terms do not affect the statutory consumer rights you have under Vietnamese law or the law of your country of residence.

Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.
Changes and availability
We may update the website, the app or these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. We may change or stop offering the website or the app at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
